All through out my life I have used conventional, alternative and complimentary medicine for myself and my family. I believe we can use all medicine to our advantage be it Eastern, Western, Alternative,  Traditional, Herbal, or Energetic. We are fortunate to have a wide range of options in NZ.  

I have for Eight plus years been studying the human body through Herbal medicine, Western medicine, Japanese energy work, Traditional Chinese medicine and Rongoa.

I believe in not only treating illness but also preventing illness. There is no need to become ill in order to become well, if we become well now and maintain our good health we need not suffer ill heath in the future.
